19. Keto BLT Sandwich
BLT sandwich is a classic and delicious keto lunch that you can make with some keto bread, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
It is high in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbs. You can eat it on its own, or serve it with some keto chips or keto salad.
You can also add some cheese, avocado, or hard-boiled eggs for extra creaminess and nutrition.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of keto bread
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method of Preparation:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, toast the keto bread until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes per side.
- Spread the mayonnaise over one side of each bread slice, and season with some salt and pepper if desired.
- On two bread slices, place 2 lettuce leaves, 4 bacon slices, and 2 tomato slices each. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and enjoy your keto BLT sandwich on its own, or with some keto chips or keto salad.
